- Photo Submission: Email your photo submissions to communications@dhr.idaho.gov with the subject line “Love Idaho” by Friday, October 13 (no donation required to submit a photo). Photos will be posted on the United We Care website for voting.
- Voting: Submit your vote using the link on the photo page by no later than Friday, October 27.
- Donation: $2 donation per vote
- The winner will be announced on Tuesday, October 31!
